The Celestial Pass has totally 55 floors of 6 passes, guarded by 6 divine beasts. Npcs there will teleport you to the next floor after you win the battle. In the Boss Pass, you can choose to contiune your challenge or go to get the prize. You will be granted one more chance if you fail to pass for you experience a long battle.

Talk to NPC CelestialGuard in New Hill City (67,99), he will introduce the Celestial Pass to you and teleport you in.
