After server maintenance on June 5, 2006, the characters in Dragon server will not be able to get 2nd reborn.
If you have started the quest and haven't completed it yet, don't worry too much. All your data about 2nd quest has been saved and you can continue to complete the 2nd reborn quest at any time.
The second rebirth will be available again later. Please keep an close eye on our official site and forum.
